Strict Raw Material Selection And Inspection
All steel must comply with national standards (Q235 and above). Plastic parts must use food-grade, environmentally friendly LLDPE. Coating materials must pass ROHS and SGS environmental testing and be accompanied by a third-party quality inspection report.
Structural Design Review
During the structural design phase, a professional engineering team conducts stress simulations and safety calculations. Key nodes are designed with a safety factor of at least 1.5 times. Design drawings, load-bearing analysis reports, and technical parameter tables are provided to help buyers fully understand the product's structural rationality and strength foundation.
Sample Trial Assembly Verification
Before mass production, a sample trial assembly procedure is conducted to check the fit of structural components, edge treatment, bolt fastening points, and overall functional operation to ensure that the actual product is highly consistent with the drawings. Buyers can view samples remotely or in person.
In-Production Inspection Mechanism
We implement quality inspection patrols at key stages such as stamping, welding, grinding, and painting to ensure that welds are full, the paint film is uniform, and the surface finish meets standards. Inspection records and video footage are kept for each process and are available for buyers' review at any time.
Factory Inspection
Before shipment, the equipment undergoes a simulated assembly test, including the firmness of connectors, slide angles, climbing net tension, and bolt locks. This thoroughly verifies functional integrity and dimensional tolerances.
Logistics And Packaging
All accessories are packaged in custom cushioning materials and multiple layers. Metal components are numbered and categorized, plastic parts are individually protected with foam, and special structural parts are reinforced with wooden crates. A packing list and identification diagrams are provided to ensure quick inventory and orderly installation upon arrival.
Standardized Installation Process
An experienced and certified construction team will be dispatched to perform installation according to the drawings. Horizontal and vertical tolerances are strictly controlled, and rounded edges and anti-collision treatments are implemented to ensure that the entire equipment meets safety regulations and child safety standards.
After-Sales Quality Tracking
We offer a minimum one-year warranty. We provide recommended replacement cycles for wearing parts and maintenance manuals based on the project. Buyers can submit quality tracking requests at any time, and we promise to respond within 72 hours to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
